I see plenty of van Gogh's influence in the Munch painting at the right. Valery says great art can be mimicked, imitated, exploited, hosed by diletants and come through unscathed. The ability to withstand all manner of expropriation is what makes a piece "great". Not bad for a Frenchie. You did well on your trip, Dr. Matias,Brava!!
